Please write to us at support@us.vedix.com requesting a cancellation. We process the request within 24-48 hours and you will not be charged anymore after that. If in case, you are charged for the next subscription cycle during this window (after a request has been raised and before the cancellation was successful), please let us know and we will initiate a refund for this transaction.
Cancellations after Shipping: For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a 'Shipping & Handling' Fee of $12 will be adjusted against the refundable amount.

If your subscription has been renewed more than once (that is you have been charged more than once), we assume that you are satisfied with the products and the “No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” will not be applicable anymore. These cases will be dealt on a case by case basis.

For prepaid orders/subscriptions, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of receiving the returned products.
